I dont know what to do?
should I quit my job. I work with a family owned business.. thats exploded into a huge company. My dad is the owner. i have been here for 4 years. and i have become valuable in knowing how to do the things i do quick. My sister in the office manager and hse is mean and hard on me a lot of the time. i am newly married and my husband will be an electrical engineer in december. So i dont haveto work anymore. I cant get anything done around my house nor be the wife i want to be .. and be involved in serving.thats my story.. but i think i wil miss it here also, but.. SHOULD I QUIT? I love my sister.. we share lunch together. and i treat her and she treats me.. i will miss her and my dad and my brother

- You can visit there now and then, or even be available for "crunch" times. You will LOVE getting to be a home maker and wife full time!
- Set your priorities and the decisions make themselves. So get it on paper. What are the top five things you want in your life? (And if you already have them all, GOD BLESS YOU....don't forget to be greatful and say thanks). My first list would have taken 3 people and 2 animatrons to accomplish...I had forgotten to take into account that we only get 24 hours in a day. Every good thing has a bad side, and every bad thing has a good side. You can't really have it all.... all y ou can do is find what is "enough" for you and then be as happy and content as possible where you put yourself..... if that makes sense. Sounds to me like you will be a success either way. Have you talked with anyone in your family who has been there before you...say your mom? Maybe there is another answer, say part-time, or not under your sister's thumb.... how about a little less status or a change of location? When my kids were born I reverted to a part-time job that was two paygrades lower than my previous position. And what a blessing!!! I had lots of flexibility, I didn't exasperate my kids and I had a chance to spend time with grownups! lol Say a prayer, make your list. You will find a unique answer just for you.
